Vince Delmonte's No-Nonsense Muscle BuildingVince Delmonte's No-Nonsense Muscle Building

Vince Delmonte is not the type of guy to give a person a hug and tell them that it's alright to be skinny and weak. No, he is going to give that person the tools they need to be what they desire, stronger. And that is exactly what No-Nonsense Muscle Building is, the tools to building muscle properly.

Sure all of the answers are in Vince's book, but you are the one that has to hit up the gym and work your butt off. Muscle gaining does not come easy, but once you understand how to train and diet properly, the pounds will keep packing themselves on. And you will be become stronger consistently week after week.

No-Nonsense Muscle Building - #1 Body Building Lessons on the Market!

Vince Delmonte is a pioneer in the fitness industry today. He is most likely one of the only trainers that actually discusses hormones and how to properly induce them with certain warm-ups/exercises. Vince follows a set of 9 growth principles, and bases the entire No-Nonsense Muscle Building (NNMB) program on them.

These principles are not something to be taken lightly, most trainers either forget or don't even know about them, and their results or trainee's results suffer. Some of the principles deal with hormones, proper periodization techniques, progressive over load, proper rest/recovery and accelerated recovery.

Overview:

The program has roughly 3 quick but insanely intense full body workouts each week. NNMB includes (2) 29 week programs, a beginner section and an advanced section. Even though these programs have set work-plans, Vince Delmonte includes ways to individually suit the program to your needs by picking lighter or heavier sessions.

Also included is a large section on cardio, and another section on flexibility. These two are key points that trainers tend to cheese out on, and they affect your growth drastically.

Our Review:

We loved Vince Delmonte's program, NNMB. Our favorite part was the diet plans, because most guides tend to just discuss gym related items. Each of us were able to select a different nutrition guide, seeing as there was a range from 2,000-6,000 calories per day plans. Vince even teaches you how to make your own guide, and tailor it to your own tastes.

Included with the program is a personal e-mail coaching session that lasts for 3 months after purchasing. A trainee could take full advantage of this bonus and personally discuss their body issues with Vince Delmonte himself. I felt that alone was worth the price tag.

However, there were a few things we found slightly irritating. The books seems a little disorganized at points, possibly because of the unique approaches it takes at training. Periodization is a hard topic to explain, but after reading all of the material provided, we felt we had a good understanding of it. Also, there isn't a lot of alternative exercises for the home trainer in the workout guide, but again, this problem is easily solved with reading all of the material provided.

In Short:

At $77.00, we felt this program had more to offer than programs of the same price range. The book had a professional feel and the ease of use of the material was amazing. The bonuses alone were worth the price tag, just look at how expensive a gym membership/trainer is today! Not to mention he offers a 60 day, iron-clad no questions asked return policy. NO RISK!

Vince Delmonte used to be a “skinny vinny,” but as we can all clearly see, he rose to the top. And with his program, you can do the same. He even takes all of the excuses and bad habits that people have, and smashes them to bits with positive thinking and positive habits that will make anyone gain muscle.

Vince literally gives you the keys to the fitness castle with his guide. Giving you a step-by-step guide for everything fitness related. You will not find a better and more comprehensive muscle gaining guide anywhere else.

"… I couldn't believe that I started gaining results by training less than before.I actually added over 16 inches to my entire frame and gained over 30 lbs of muscle mass.I was happy with my progress after only a few months… but I had no idea that was only the beginning. Thanks for the great program Vince."

"I was disappointed with having the "skinny gene" but after buying your program I realized it does not matter what gene you have, it's about commitment and having the right direction.

I am only 6 weeks into UDT so I can't imagine the results when I complete the first 29 week program! I'm sticking to this and will keep you posted… thanks for the amazing program.
