Healthy Diet To Gain Weight – An Ideal Meal Plan

two piece wheat bread
one banana

Dinner @ 6 PM - grilled Swordfish with vegetables and 2-cup rice
two cups cooked white rice
100g grilled fish
1/2 cup cooked vegetables
a glass of water

Late Night Snack @ 9 PM - grilled chicken breast with 2-cups rice and broccoli
2 cups rice
grilled chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
