No Nonsense Muscle Building Review

Before you go and start working out, I want to teach you about the 3 principles of body building. These are imperative in your process of packing on muscle. After you take all of these tips and put them into your routine, you won't be disappointed. They are the building blocks for muscle gaining, and without them, you might as well not work out. You won't see results without them.

The first step is muscle stimulation. This is what going to the gym is all about. Any exercise that you do to focus on the muscle will technically work it out. If you want muscle growth, you need to make it work harder than its used to. Basically it will then adjust to the amount of weight and simply grow. This is why you need to consistently lift more weight each time you hit the gym, because you are going to want to keep your muscles growing each time.

Step number 2 is nutrition. This is the most important part of muscle building and often gets skipped over. You aren't going to put normal gas into a Porsche would you? No, you are going to pour straight up premium fuel into the tank, so why fill up on junk food? It's the same thing, just eat healthy food on an average of 4-6 meals a day. Find a meal plan and make it match your needs.

Step 3 is very easy to do, rest more. Make sure to do this by doing 6-8 hours of sleep a day. This is important because you are going to have to give your body time to repair itself and use up the nutrients you ate. If you don't rest properly, you could end up over training it.
